Bottcherin Lavanta - Washes

Cleaning agent for automatic cleaning units in newspaper web offset presses (coldset), specifically designed for spray cleaning units. Especially suitable for cleaning units with a stable emulsion, e.g. Baldwin Impact®flex, Inventor Graphic, Grafisk Team and Techniweb

Note

We recommend adjusting the washing system to optimise the cleaning cycle and Böttcherin Lavanta performance. In case of manual cleaning, use Böttcherin Lavanta undiluted. Apply the wash to the blanket or roller, and then finally rinse with water until all ink and cleaning agent residues have been removed. Böttcherin Lavanta is approved by the manufacturers KBA and MAN for use in their machines.

• 30-40 % aromatic content

Application

Bott. should be applied to a cleaning rag and then wiped intensively over the Blanket surface. Repeat this procedure as necessary. When washing Roller apply solution using appropriate wash application bottle of undiluted solution, followed by an application of water as and when required.

Cleaning paste for inking rollers; prevents ink ingredient deposits build-up if used regularly. Packaged in tubs.

Note

After a short prewash with a Böttcher roller wash, apply Feboclean RE with a spatula to the rollers and leave to take effect for several minutes, with the printing machine running at idle speed. Rinse with the same Böttcher roller wash used for pre-washing. In stubborn cases, leave Feboclean RE to take effect for a longer time. It is recommended for roller care to repeat the procedure once a week
